Recommended Stats

New Features

• Skins: Choose Default, Class Color, or a Custom Color accent from Options (Esc > Options > AddOns > RecommendedStats). Applies to the active tab, target tick, and panel border, your stat colors (too low/on target/over) always stay the same so the readout never gets harder to read.
• Export/Import Skin: Share your look with a short code via /rs skin export / /rs skin import, or the buttons in Options.
• What's New popup: A short summary appears after a real feature update (like this one). Dismiss it and it won't come back until the next one.
• Data-freshness chat note: Get a one-time heads-up in chat when fresh stat/BiS data lands, so you know when to expect updated numbers.

Improvements

• Window and minimap button positions are now remembered per character instead of shared account-wide.
• The minimap button is now a real LibDataBroker icon, so minimap-button-organizer addons can detect, move, and hide it properly.
• The stat panel and BiS "% of top N" label now show the actual number of players your targets are built from (e.g. "4 of 20 players"), with a highlight when it's meaningfully below the usual sample, instead of always claiming the full configured sample size.
• Tightened up the stat panel layout, less empty space between the value and its bar, and the window now resizes to fit whichever tab (Recommended Stats / BiS Gear) is actually open instead of always sizing for the taller one.

Fixes

• Fixed the panel's bottom border sometimes not rendering after the window resized.
