Recall

Recall will now remember every user you sent a tell to, rather than just use the last one. Sorry about that. Recall will no longer store information sent by Dispatch, my PvP data-mining AddOn. A small fix has been made to filter duplicate tells to the same player. However, this will not filter duplicate tells to different players.

      For example, if you send Mary a tell saying "hello!" and send Joe a tell saying "hello!" right afterwards, Recall will remember both. However, if you send Mary a tell saying "hello!" twice or more in a row, Recall will ignore each duplicate tell.

Cleaned up the code a bit.
