* Allow players to disable the new UI. I reserve the right to remove or reset this option eventually when everything is finished.
* Allow enabling of debug logging. Note that this is EXTREMELY spammy and may affect the performance of the game. It is is used for my own debugging purposes. What appears in here can be pretty much any debugging info I need at the time.
* Version numbering based on Google's Chrome browser is now in effect. Expect the "major" number to be updated more often. I don't think I'll be updating as fast as Google, though :).
* This version will be uploaded to World of Addons when they confirm my claim to ownership of Reagent Restocker.
