ReactiveChat is a lightweight World of Warcraft Retail addon for optional, coordinated chat reactions among friends or guildmates who all understand what it does.
When a message in a selected channel matches one of your keywords (matching is case-insensitive; the keyword can appear anywhere in the message), your client sends a short text line (ASCII-style) back to the same channel. Everyone who has the addon enabled does this independently, so many people can produce many lines—use cooldowns and common sense.
This addon does not read Say, Yell, or whispers. It does not change other players’ messages.
Features
- Channels (toggle): Guild, party, raid, instance group
- Keywords: Comma-separated list, edited in the options panel or via slash commands
- Cooldown: Per channel type to limit how often you auto-send a line
- Line style: Random choice among the styles you enable in settings
- Self-messages: Optional setting to ignore messages you sent yourself
- Optional sound: Short client-only sound when your line is sent (can be disabled)
- UI: Esc → Options → AddOns → ReactiveChat (or `/rch options`)
- Slash commands: `/rch help`
- Locales: English (`enUS`), Ukrainian (`ukUA`)
- Saved variables: Per account (`ReactiveChatDB`)
