Jump servers by using Rdy's Crate Tracker to verify shardID's and send raid to a different person to phase to a new server.
WorldPvP - Find a different faction raid group? invite a whole raid to you with a couple clicks of the button.
Pve raid groups? - Use profiles to save your raid groups and reinvite with ease.
