Changes

Decor/Housing items

Decor items have been confirmed tradeable personal loot, so removed the option for group loot to ignore them.

By default decor items are now ignored, but added an option to revert that if you so desire.

Data sync

Added additional code that should help with data syncing after player reloads or joins after RCLootCouncil is enabled for the raid.
