Bugfixes

• (Hopefully) fixed various issues regarding missing player info.
• Fixed issue with reloads at specific moments causing missing data (#271).
• Send player info to everyone in the group all the time instead of at specific intervals to prevent missing guild ranks etc (#270).
• Prevent cached player info on council members from expiring, which could cause errors if said player info isn't readily available, such as a council member not being in the guild or from a different realm.
