RCLootCouncil - BisList adds a sortable BiS column to RCLootCouncil's voting frame. For every candidate, a colored dot tells your council instantly who should be prioritized for the item being distributed:

🟢 Green — the item is BiS for their spec and they never obtained it: priority candidate.
🔵 Blue — they only have it from a lower difficulty: real upgrade, medium priority.
🔴 Red — they already obtained it at equal or higher difficulty: already served.
⚪ Gray — the item is not on their spec's BiS list.

Status is computed from a curated per-spec BiS list combined with what RCLootCouncil already knows: the loot history and each candidate's equipped gear. Tier tokens are resolved to the candidate's class piece. Hover the dot for a detailed tooltip (sources and dates).

Features

Roll by dot — as master looter, request a roll from all candidates sharing a dot color (all greens, all blues…).
Embedded BiS list — Season 1, all 13 classes / 40 specs, maintained per season.
Share strings — /rcbis export produces a one-line string to share with your officers; /rcbis import applies it (validated, all-or-nothing, season-checked; imported data is parsed, never executed).
Officer sync: lists and loot history converge between officers automatically (prompt or auto-adopt).
In-game editor: edit the BiS list per spec with raid-drop pickers, changes sync to your officers.
French + English localization.

Requirements

RCLootCouncil 3.22.0 or newer.
Install on officers/council members only — raiders need nothing beyond RCLootCouncil itself.
