RCLootCouncil Advanced Autopass

RCLootCouncil Advanced Autopass gives you more control over which items you automatically pass on during loot council sessions.

It works alongside RCLootCouncil and sends its normal Pass response when an item matches one of your personal rules. It does not replace or override RCLootCouncil's own autopass system.
