RCLC Droptimizer: Vault, Tier & Sims

RCLCDroptimizer extends RCLootCouncil's voting frame with everything a loot council needs to make fast, informed decisions.

## Great Vault check
- "Vault" column: hover any candidate to see their Great Vault contents for this week — full item links with real ilvl.
- 4 weeks of vault history per player, browsable week by week (click the chest, use the arrows).
- Claimed tracking: after a player opens their vault, the addon marks which item they actually picked (green "claimed" tag), while the rest of the choices stay visible.
- Data is collected automatically on each raider's client and shared over the addon channel — no setup, no commands.

## Tier set & gear check
- "Set" column: how many CURRENT season tier pieces each candidate wears (old season sets are shown separately in yellow — they don't inflate the count).
- Uncatalyzed tier pieces and raid tier tokens sitting in bags are flagged — including token difficulty (LFR/N/HC/M).
- Catalyst charges (current/max) and vault coins per player.
- Click a row to inspect the full equipped gear list with native tooltips.

## Droptimizer columns (optional, guild-fed)
- "Heroic %" and "Mythic %" columns show each candidate's simulated upgrade for the item being voted on, with baseline DPS and per-spec tooltips.
- Percentages come from Raidbots droptimizer reports collected by a companion tool run by an officer; without it these two columns simply stay empty — everything else works standalone.

## Notes
- Requires RCLootCouncil.
- All raid members should install the addon: each client reads its own vault/gear and shares it with the council automatically.
- Built by and for the guild "Dva Otca" (Два Отца), shared as-is. Russian UI strings in tooltips.
