Added a scaling option to Frames.
Fixed label formatting not being applied immediately in DeBuffWatch.
Added an option to force a refresh of all bars in DeBuffWatch, it might be necessary to use after changing filtering options in RBM.

Fixed a nil error when TrackAllTargets is enabled in DeBuffWatch.

Fixed an issue where RegisterToggle toggles would not work in the config.
Added Duplicable bars to the plugin API, see comments for more info.
Reverted CooldownWatch to old version until I finish the new one.
Updated DeBuffWatch to version 2. Consider it alpha, I need testers to help find bugs. Only Deathknights and Warriors have their spells automatically added so far. As you see buffs and debuffs ingame more will automatically be added to the list. Track all targets is rough around the edges, please report bugs.
Added /rbm as a slash command.
