Raynna's Rotation Helper

A MoP rotation helper for multiple classes, in progress for more classes and specs.
What's new
- Added better indicating sprites for charges like arcane charge, combo points etc for different classes
- Added helper to spawn things like pets missing or buff missing easier.
- Fixed so it no longer shows max charges of 5 when paladin can only have 3.
- Changed animation of filling the charges, no longer looks like it stands up, but rather fills.
