Provides support for rares added in 8.3 in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms
Description
Adds support for the new Rares in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, added in Patch 8.3 to the Rare Share: Core module. Whenever you enter the zone, the addon will be activated and react to others using the addon. Whenever you target a rare, a pop-up window will appear to share it with others using the addon.
