RTH automatically creates and updates a character macro for Rogue or Hunter during Mythic+. When a run starts, it detects the assigned tank and updates the macro to cast the spell on that tank. If the tank changes, it updates again.

Removes the spell line if the spell is not known.
Does not update macros while in combat.
