Description
Rank Reminder
Rank Reminder watches your action bars. When a button holds a lower rank than the one you have learned, chat names that spell and its rank. The same spells are listed in a book opened from the minimap.
This addon is written for the current beta, World of Warcraft 1.60.1.
The book
Left-click the spellbook icon on the minimap to open the book. Drag the icon to move it.
Each low rank shows the spell icon, the name, and the rank. The green check remembers that spell. A remembered spell stays quiet, including after you log in again. The red mark brings the hint back.
The button at the bottom sets every spell that is not remembered to the highest rank you have learned. A click on a spell row sets only that spell.
Macros
A macro is listed only when its text names a rank, such as (Rank 1) or (Rang 1). Remembering a spell does not rewrite the macro.
Commands
- /rank or /rang lists the low ranks
- /rank max sets them to the highest rank
- /rank still hides the current hints until the button changes, you learn a higher rank, or you log in again
- /rank on brings those hints back
