Range Color Skills

RangeColorSkills highlights action buttons with custom colors: red when out of range, blue for low mana, yellow for both. Fully customizable in settings. Works in Retail, Classic+, and Cata. Use /rcs to configure.

Added

- Slash: `/rcs status` (alias `st`) prints a one-line summary of enable state, out-of-range tint, resource tint, and combined-color mode.
- Slash: `/rcs refresh` (alias `reloadbars`) debounced re-hook of all action buttons plus full usable refresh — useful after UI reloads or custom bar addons create buttons late.
- Compatibility: When selected replacement bar addons finish loading (`Dominos`, `Bartender4`, `Neuron`, `ElvUI`, `NDui`, `AzeriteUI`), the addon schedules the same debounced re-hook used for bar slot changes so highlights attach to newly created buttons.

Changed

- Events: `ADDON_LOADED` stays registered after this addon initializes so only known bar addons trigger extra work (cheap table lookup + existing debounced hook).

Localization

- New strings: `SLASH_STATUS_FORMAT`, `SLASH_REFRESH_DONE`, `SLASH_COMPACT_ON`, `SLASH_COMPACT_OFF`; slash help updated for `/rcs status` and `/rcs refresh` in all supported locales.
