Since Efindel did not update randomsay a long time and it did not work anymore when 12.0.0 hit, i´ve tried to recreate the functionality.
/rs or /randomsay for say, depending in which party size you are (solo, party, raid)
/re for random emotes
/rshelp for syntax help
Sadly, its only for german localisation atm.
I´ll try to bring more functionality to it.
