[Feature] Added Preliminary support for Follower Dungeons
[BugFix] Fixed a few things to do with Delves

[Notes] Delves really shouldn't show the LFGFrame when leaving the instance after completion this time. If you find any other funkiness please let me know.

For Follower Dungeons: The leave prompt shows after every boss kill currently. I'm brainstorming ways to determine the popup for only the final boss. I feel like it's better than not showing it at all. Feedback is welcomed.
