v1.0.13-forever
What's new
Changelog
1.0.13
- Spanish (esES and esMX), French and Russian texts, picked by the client's language like German. Chat announcements follow the language of the one who sends them.
- Headings use the client's own quest title font, so Cyrillic shows up in the Russian client.
1.0.12
- New "Gear" tab: item level, "enchanted x/y" and the missing enchants (hover for the slot list) for every group member, most missing first. It also works without an imported raid.
- Raiders with Raidy send their own gear to the group on joining and whenever it changes. The raid lead / master looter inspects the rest: throttled, never in combat, only in range, no chat messages. Raiders with an older Raidy ignore the new message.
- The result string carries an optional
gearlist (latest snapshot per raider, item level and slots). Without snapshots the field is absent and the string is unchanged; the website reads older strings without it and shows the gear on the roster. Exporting an ended raid later only carries gear from up to an hour after its end. - Slots that can't be judged from the link (off hand that is neither shield nor weapon, ranged for non-hunters) are simply not counted: they appear neither in "enchanted x/y" nor among the missing enchants.
1.0.11
- Fix: "Protocol.lua:23: attempt to index local 'lib' (a nil value)" as soon as the lead broadcast the raid (roster update, test raid). With another addon that already loaded LibDeflate (WeakAuras, Details, …), Raidy's bundled copy steps aside, and the lead-to-raider messages didn't find the shared one. They now use the same lookup as the import/export strings.
1.0.10
- Council candidate table: the vote count is no longer hidden behind the "Voted" button. "Vote" / "Voted" and "Choose" / "Chosen" keep one width that fits both texts (small font), the count sits right-justified next to the Vote button and the "Votes" header right above it; the other columns end left of it.
- "Also dropped" lists one item per line: icon, item link (quality color, item tooltip on hover), armor type and state, e.g. "[Stormrage Cover] Leather · open" / "[Helm of Wrath] Plate · awarded to Tankred Schild". Up to 3 lines, then "+n more" with the rest in its tooltip; roll frames, the council answer popup and the council table grow / move down by the lines. A name that arrives later replaces "Item #123" in place. Same message to raiders as 1.0.8.
- Test raid: items of content the server hasn't released (the tier-2 helms on Forever) stayed "Item #16963" with "Retrieving item information". Every drop slot now has fixed candidates (the Onyxia item, then the Molten Core item of the same slot and armor type, then a pre-raid dungeon item); creating the test raid requests them all and the drop takes the first whose name has loaded. BiS lists, soft reserves and the simulated answers, rolls, bids and votes go by slot, so they match whichever item dropped.
1.0.9
- Test raid: the made-up raiders react on their own (on by default, toggle at the top of "Simulate …"): 2 s after a roll-off, a tie reroll, an auction or a council vote starts they roll, bid or answer; the fake council votes 3 s later. The Simulate entries stay for forcing ties, all-pass and the like.
1.0.8
- "Also dropped": when an item is rolled or voted on, the other items of the same slot that dropped in this raid are listed with icon (item tooltip), armor type (Plate / Mail / Leather / Cloth, else the slot) and state (open, collected, awarded to X, not awarded, vote running) – in the roll frames (only when there is one), the council answer popup and under the item in the council view. Same slot: robe and chest, both rings, both trinkets, the weapon hands. Raiders get the list from the lead with the roll / council start (older Raidy ignores it).
- Council marker: a candidate whose class wears better armor than the item (warrior/paladin plate, hunter/shaman mail, rogue/druid leather) and who answered MS/OS gets a warning sign next to the answer – amber ("Plate wearer"), red when an item of their own armor type for that slot dropped too and isn't awarded yet (tooltip: "Also dropped: [Helm of Wrath] (open)"). Armor only; cloaks don't count.
- Test raid is fixed, nothing random: always 20 players (your party plus fixed made-up raiders: 3 tanks, 5 healers, all nine classes, in the group from the start), fixed attendance and items received. "Simulate loot drop" always drops the same 10 Onyxia items in the same order (three tier-2 helms: plate, leather, mail; two one-handers), the trade goods drop is the same 5 every time. Fixed BiS lists per item (one plate wearer has the mail helm on his list), fixed soft reserves (one contested item, one with a single reserver, one nobody reserved). Simulated answers, rolls, bids and votes are fixed per player and item. The dialog says "Fixed test raid: 20 players, 10 Onyxia items, fixed BiS lists".
1.0.7
- Fix: a council vote (or roll-off, or auction) still open when the active raid changed – new test raid, other raid opened, import of another event, raid closed or reset – stayed open without its item: the item was missing from the list and every distribute button stayed greyed. Switching raids now ends it; the item of the open vote is always listed first and selected.
- Loot council raids have one place for loot: the Council tab is gone, the Loot tab's "Distribute" view shows the items on the left (state, trade time, remove) with "Start distribution" below and the selected item's vote on the right ("Start voting", "Give to …", "Handed over"). Loot threshold, collection mode and "Council (n) …" sit at the top; "Awards" stays the second view.
- Greyed buttons say why in a visible line: "The vote on [item] is still open – award or cancel it first." with "Go to vote"; in the normal Loot tab "Distribute is greyed: …" (roll running, bids running, loot being collected).
- The selected view button (Distribute / Awards) stays lit instead of looking disabled.
- Candidate table: columns no longer overlap – Name 130 px (full name on hover), short headers with tooltips, the chosen candidate shows "Chosen" on its button instead of an extra column.
- Loot tab banner: "See the Bids tab." only for sealed bids.
1.0.6
- Council without whispering: when a vote starts (by hand or from "Start distribution"), every raider with Raidy – the lead too – gets an answer popup in the style of the roll frames: item with tooltip, Need (MS) / Off spec (OS) / Pass, an optional short note, the own equipped item(s) for that slot (both rings, trinkets or weapon hands) and a countdown.
- The lead's Raidy rolls 1–100 for every Need/Off spec answer when it arrives (can't be faked; answering again keeps the roll). The answer carries the note and the equipped item links.
- Council tab: Name, Answer (MS/OS, note in the tooltip), Roll, Wish, Attendance, Items, the currently equipped items (tooltip) and Votes. MS before OS, then wishlist, then roll. Wishlist entries are listed before they answer ("waiting …", after the time "no answer" or "no Raidy"); passers are folded into one grey line at the bottom.
- Nobody wants it: if the whole group passed, or there is no Need/Off spec when the answer time is over, the item ends as "All passed – not awarded" (or "No answers – not awarded") with "Distribute again", like a roll-off.
- Settings: "Council answer time" (10–120 s, default 30 s).
- The "!need" whisper is no longer asked for in the Council tab; it still works silently for raiders without Raidy (counts as Need with an automatic roll) and is mentioned in a tooltip.
- Test mode: "Simulate … → Council answers" lets the made-up players answer (random MS/OS/Pass, notes, made-up equipped items) or all pass; a real friend in the party gets the real popup.
- Answers and rolls stay in the addon; the export to Raidy is unchanged (reason and votes).
1.0.5
- Council tab redesigned: the dropped items on the left (the same list as the Loot tab, with icon, item tooltip and state: open, voting, awarded to X, not awarded), the selected item on the right. No more typing item links: select an item and click "Start voting" (shift-click or drag an item into the field above still adds one). Before the vote the list shows who in the group has the item on a wishlist; during the vote candidates with class colour, wish, attendance, items received and votes (hover: who voted for whom), Vote/Choose per candidate, reason, Award and Cancel at the bottom. Awarded items show the reason and the votes. Empty lists explain what to do instead of staying blank.
- Collection mode: the Council tab says that votes wait for the distribution and offers "Start distribution" right there; the votes then open one item after the other.
- Council members in the UI: "Council …" shows who votes (you as lead always count, test council members of a test raid
are marked) and adds members from the group or by name, or removes them with ×. The list stays saved locally as before
(also
/raidy council add|remove). A member added during a running vote gets it at once; a removed member's vote stops counting. - Tooltips on every button of the Council tab, and on texts that may be cut off.
1.0.4
- SR: when only one player in the group reserved an item, they get it without a roll ("X receives Y (only soft reserve)"), in the end-of-raid distribution and when distributing right away; an SR+ bonus counts as used. Two or more reservers in the group roll among themselves as before; nobody in the group → free MS > OS roll.
- Settings window (gear menu "Settings …" or
/raidy settings): roll time (5–60 s, default now 10 s instead of 20 s; a reroll after a tie takes as long), bid time, loot threshold and item rules. - Item rules: a specific item (link, id or name) or a category (trade goods, reagents, recipes, quest items, optionally
from a quality) always goes to a recipient – a player, the guild bank character or the raid lead. Such items are not
rolled for or collected; they are logged as awards of the kind "Rule" (also below the list quality), given straight
from the loot window by master loot, otherwise handed over by trade. The export carries them as
ruleawards; Raidy lists them on import as skipped ("not counted as raid loot"). - Recipes: "Raidy: all to me" leaves recipes in the loot window (bind-on-pickup recipes may not be tradable after looting) and says so in chat. They are still listed and rolled for at the end; when the lead opens the loot window again, Raidy gives the recipe to the winner by master loot.
- Trade window: bind-on-pickup items can be traded for 4 hours after looting on WoW Forever. Items the lead still has to hand over show "tradable for 3:12 h" (amber below an hour, red below 20 minutes, "no longer tradable"), read from the bag item's tooltip, otherwise counted from when the item came into the bags; refreshed every 30 s while the list is open. "End raid → Distribute now?" mentions items with less than an hour left, and "Start distribution" names them and hands them out first.
- Test mode: drops include a tradable trade good, and "Simulate … → Trade goods drop" drops two (Lava Core, Fiery Core, Essence of Fire, Arcanite Bar, Righteous Orb) to try the item rules. Test drops count as looted by the lead, so the trade countdown runs ("+15 min" moves it).
1.0.3
- Loot list: an item nobody won no longer looks like a fresh open item. It now shows "All passed – not awarded"
(grey), "Nobody rolled – not awarded" or "No bids – not awarded" (amber), with "Distribute again", "Give to …"
(e.g. to the lead or to disenchant) and remove. The distribution queue skips it; when everybody passed, the
announcement says so. The "Awards" view lists it as "not awarded", and the export carries it in a separate
unawardedlist, never as an award. - "Handed over": when the lead wins an item (or it goes to disenchanting), the row shows a check mark and "stays with the raid lead" instead of a checkbox that already looked ticked. For every other winner the checkbox starts unticked and is ticked after a trade Raidy filled, or by hand.
- The item tooltip only shows over the item icon and name, no longer over the whole row (loot list and awards).
- Tooltips for the row buttons: "Distribute", "Distribute again", "Give to …" and "×" (only removes the entry from the list; the item in your bags is not affected).
1.0.2
- Item names: items the client has not loaded yet no longer show as "[item:22389]". Raidy requests the item data, refreshes the lists and popups when it arrives and waits up to 2 s with announcements so they carry the real colored link (fallback "Item #22389").
- Roll popup like the group loot window: every player with Raidy, the lead included, gets one frame per item (stacked) with icon, colored name, tooltip, own hint (SR/HR/BiS/wishlist), countdown and Need (MS) / Greed (OS) / SR / Pass dice buttons. A click rolls 1-100 or 1-99 and closes the frame; the lead sees who rolled or passed.
- SR: an item nobody in the group reserved (nobody at all, or the reservers are not there) becomes a free MS > OS roll, announced as such.
- Rolls that do not count are no longer dropped silently: the roll status and the end announcement name them ("1 roll ignored: Ranfredo Blanko – no reserve"; also not in the tie, not in the group, wrong range). The roll parser takes the client's RANDOM_ROLL_RESULT plus the English and German line, names with a space or "-Nachname", in party and raid.
- Loot collection mode ("Collect loot, distribute at the end", Loot tab and test dialog; on by default for SR, SR+ and MS > OS imports): looted items are only collected, the start of the raid announces it, and "Start distribution" (or ending the raid → "Distribute now?") hands the items out one by one: popup roll, countdown, winner, next item. Cancelling a roll pauses the queue ("Continue distribution").
- Master loot: "Raidy: all to me" below the loot window gives every list item to the lead (when the client offers the master loot API); otherwise items are tracked as they arrive in the bags.
- Test mode: party members get a role from their class; the roll status reminds that made-up players only roll via "Simulate …".
- Raid menu: gear icon button with the tooltip "More actions" instead of the tiny "…".
1.0.1
- WoW Forever: the last name comes in the realm slot. Names are now kept in full ("Ranfredo Blanko" instead of "Ranfredo"); first-name-only entries saved by 1.0.0 are dropped when the full name exists.
- Raid menu "…" in the window header: import another raid, close the raid (data stays; asks when it was not exported to Raidy yet), saved raids, test raid, delete all raid data.
- Saved raids (
/raidy raids): every stored raid with planned date, status and export state; open or delete it. - Old raids are cleaned up at login: exported and ended more than 30 days ago, untouched for 60 days, test raids after a day. The active raid always stays.
- Test mode (
/raidy test): a local test raid for the lead and a friend in a party with made-up signups, reserves, wishlists and points on Onyxia loot; simulated loot drops, rolls (incl. ties), bids (incl. above the balance), council votes, joins/leaves and "+15 min". Announcements say "[Raidy Test]", the export is marked as test and Raidy refuses to import it. - Attendance "Change" menu: two clear sections ("Attendance", "Left early?") with one check mark each.
1.0.0
First release for WoW Forever.
- Import a raid from the Raidy website by copy & paste (
/raidy import): signups, soft and hard reserves, SR+ bonus, BiS and wishlists, DKP/EPGP standings, council information. - Attendance tracking: joins and leaves of every group member, late and left-early detection, lead overrides (present, late, missing, bench waiting in Discord), assigning in-game names to signups with name suggestions for typos.
- Loot distribution without other addons: items from loot windows and the lead's bags, roll-offs for SR/SR+ (bonus added) and MS > OS with automatic rerolls on ties, hard reserves, sealed DKP/EPGP bids by whisper or popup, loot council with votes and a required reason, trade helper for owed items.
- Raider mode: everybody with Raidy gets their own raid data from the lead, roll and bid popups, council voting and need buttons, a winner notice and item tooltips with reserves and wishlists.
- Optional Gargul support: hand over SoftRes/TMB data and record Gargul's awards when Gargul rolls.
- Export the result back to Raidy by copy & paste (
/raidy export). - Minimap button and addon compartment entry, English and German.
