1. Scans all raid members when in a raid

2. Checks if each player has an active food buff

3. Checks if each player has an active flask OR elixir

4. Displays each player in a list with a text status:

    • Fully buffed (green)

    • Missing Food

    • Missing Flask/Elixir

    • Missing Food, Flask/Elixir

5. Updates automatically as buffs are gained or lost

6. Allows the frame to be locked or unlocked

7. Includes a test mode to preview the UI
