Changed paths:

 - Trigger a raid wide Raid Spot will also do a save using a new function. This DOES NOT rely on everyone running the addon, so you will know where people were standing regardless of if they had the addon or not.
 - changed latestWayPoint to include mapId and floorId, this way multiple WayPoints can be "latest" for different zones/maps etc.
 - changed Refresh to not clear other maps waypoints
 - hooked into ZONE_CHANGED to ensure latestWayPoint was updated when moving to different sub zones
 - Added toggle of Minimap to LDB Easy Menu
 - Added the ability to "replace" raiders who were saved but are not in the current raid (i.e. Raider1 was in the raid when the Waypoints were saved but not this time).
