RaidReadyWhispers

A Light Weight Addon, created to replicate some functionality in some deprecated addons like Ora3 and RBS. It will check the raid group and verify what potential buffs are covered by the group, then step through the following logical processes:

What buffs are available to the group?
Does the whole raid need the buff?
If yes -> whisper all players who can cover that buff to apply their buff.
If no -> whispers the player that currently provides that buff to re-apply their buff.
Individual edge-case checks for Paladins who must choose which buff to provide (kings vs might).
It will then also whisper players separately to tell them if they are missing a flask or food buff (or both).
If a player is currently eating, it will suppress the missing food buff message.

Note: The addon is set so it will only execute if the player running the addon has Raid Lead or Raid Assist role.
