Fixed Lua errors caused by missed null checks.

Cleaned up some of the spaghetti code (some).

Fixed error that caused reminders to continue after raid started.

Fixed reminder window not updating on obtaining Seals of Broken Fate.

Added interface options panel for editing; slash command now goes here instead of running the initial config.

Made reminder window update after config changes (e.g. changes to desired item count are now reflected without need to reload UI).

Changed checkbox on reminder window into a button to improve clarity.
