What's new
v1.4.5-b
New
Misdirection now says what it's pulled off The Misdirection card on the Raid Assignments board gained a third field, matching the boss-room version: caster → tank → what. The third value can only be a raid mark (shown as its icon) or free text — never a person. Click it to pick a mark or type a note; right-click clears it. It rides along everywhere: the chat announce (Misdirection: Hunter →
Tank → {skull}), the raid sync, and each assignee's floating duty row.
Auto Marker on/off switch Auto Marker now has an Enabled toggle — in its own window and in Settings → Auto Marker — that turns the whole module on or off for you. With several people running Auto Marker in one raid it would loop marks onto the same mobs, so this is off by default: turn it on for the one person who should be marking.
Changed
- Every settings dropdown is now the custom RaidMaster dropdown — the same dark, styled picker used on the Raid Guides — instead of the stock Blizzard menu. Selected value shown in a recessed box, a proper popup list with readable rows.
- Raid Group Tools rank picker moved under its own settings category, where it belongs.
- Raid Checker settings tidied. The old Show category is gone; its buttons moved up so you can run them alongside a ready check. Buffs is now Buffs to Check and Open the Board, and the test/dummy-raid buttons live under a new Testing category.
Fixed
- /range and range checks rebuilt. Who's near you is now worked out from spell range plus
UnitInRange(nothing that can taint or get blocked), and you can set a minimum range of 5. - Raid Checker Report now names who's missing what. A raider with non-ASCII (Turkish) characters in their name crashed the report mid-send, so it never listed the flask/food misses it exists to list. Each line is sent safely on its own now, names are capped so a long list can't overflow one message, and buffs the raid can't have are left out of the summary.
- Issues filter shows flask/food misses. Consumables are no longer hidden by the "everyone's missing it" rule, so people without a flask or food actually show up in the filter.
- Typing a free-text note into the Misdirection third field now works (the input box wasn't taking focus).
- The Misdirection card's columns hug their content instead of stranding the tank and mark in wide gaps, and the card grows to fit its names — a player name is never truncated.
