RaidLootMatrix (RLM) is a lightweight, high-performance EPGP (Effort Points / Gear Points), loot coordination, and officer roster synchronization suite for World of Warcraft. Designed for progression guilds, RLM simplifies loot distribution and automates attendance rewards.

- ⚖️ Advanced EPGP Tracking: Priority-based looting (PR = EP / GP) with customizable weekly decay, base GP, minimum GP floors, and main/alt character linking.
- 🗳️ Interactive Loot Bidding: Start bidding sessions using
/rlm loot [Item Link]. Raiders vote (Need, Greed, Minor Upgrade, Offspec, or Pass) and the Master Looter receives a prioritized candidate list sorted by PR. - 🔄 P2P Officer Sync: Instant database replication between online guild officers in-game using secure network communications.
- 👥 Main/Alt Pool: Automatically pools EPGP points across main and alt characters, giving raiders flexibility without losing priority.
- 📊 CSV & JSON Exporting: Easily export standings and EPGP histories to spreadsheet tools.
🛠️ How to Use
1. Installation
- Download this addon and extract the ZIP file.
- Place the
RaidLootMatrixfolder into your World of Warcraft directory:World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\
2. In-game Setup
- Open the control panel by typing
/rlmor/raidlootmatrix. - Go to the Settings tab to configure your guild's base EPGP values, decay percentages, and EP reward milestones.
