- Added restricted-communication handling for raid boss and Mythic+ combat.
- Cooldown sync messages are now queued when addon comms may be restricted.
- Queued cooldown messages are flushed after combat or encounter end when comms are available again.
- Improved full-addon cooldown rebroadcast reliability.
- Kept incoming name matching improvements for base-name vs realm-name sync messages.
- Kept Shaman Reincarnation cooldown state cleanup after roster/world changes.
- Removed temporary raid and Mythic+ debug prints from the release build.
- Cleaned up leftover development print messages.
