- Improved cooldown sync reliability between full-addon users.
- Added active cooldown rebroadcast support after local cooldown tracking starts.
- Added addon WHISPER fallback support for rebroadcasted cooldowns in groups and raids.
- Improved incoming name matching when messages use base names but senders include realm names.
- Fixed Shaman Reincarnation stale cooldown states reappearing after group changes.
- Reincarnation now re-syncs after roster/world changes and clears stale saved cooldowns when Blizzard reports it ready.
- Removed temporary raid and Mythic+ debug print spam from the release build.
