- Fixed cooldown sync between full-addon users in raid groups.
- Raid cooldown broadcasts now use the RAID addon channel when inside a raid.
- Dungeon group cooldown broadcasts now send through both PARTY and INSTANCE_CHAT for better Mythic+ reliability.
- Dungeon boss kills no longer reset tracked cooldowns.
- Raid encounter reset behavior remains unchanged.
- Removed temporary cooldown debug prints from the release build.
