- Fixed Mythic+ cooldown sync reliability between full-addon users.
- Cooldown broadcasts now send through both PARTY and INSTANCE_CHAT in dungeon groups.
- Dungeon boss kills no longer reset tracked cooldowns.
- Raid encounter reset behavior remains unchanged.
