New:
- Added a new Tracking option: Show Player Name.
- When enabled, ready bars show the player name with the spell name.
- When disabled, ready bars show only the spell name.
- Active cooldown bars still show the player name so you can see who used the cooldown.

Changed:
- Improved ready-bar label updating when cooldowns start and finish.
- Updated Tracking settings layout to better fit the new option.
- Kept the new option enabled by default to preserve existing behavior.

Fixed:
- Fixed ready bars not refreshing their label immediately after a cooldown ended.
- Fixed label update errors caused by helper function order.
- Removed temporary debug print spam used during testing.
