RaidCooldowns Client Plugin 1.1.6 Beta

- Added silent addon WHISPER fallback for raid cooldown sync.
- Raid cooldowns now broadcast through RAID and direct addon WHISPER messages.
- Mythic+ cooldowns now broadcast through PARTY, INSTANCE_CHAT, and direct addon WHISPER messages.
- Improved cooldown sync reliability during raid boss encounters and Mythic+ dungeons.
- Updated group channel selection to prefer RAID in raids and PARTY in normal party groups.
- No visible player whispers are sent; WHISPER sync is addon-only communication.
