- Added Shaman Reincarnation tracking support.
- Added Reincarnation spell normalization for self-resurrection events.
- Added Shaman known-spell exception so Reincarnation can be advertised correctly.
- Improved Mythic+ cooldown sync reliability.
- Cooldown broadcasts now send through PARTY and INSTANCE_CHAT in dungeon groups.
- Added addon WHISPER fallback to send cooldown sync directly to group members when group channels are unreliable.
- Raid cooldown broadcasts continue to use the RAID addon channel.
