### Fixed
- **Major performance fix — micro-stutters.** The addon re-evaluated all stored
  players' gear on every GET_ITEM_INFO_RECEIVED event, which the client fires
  hundreds of times after login and in cities as items get cached — causing the
  ~30s stutter after login and recurring hitches. Re-evaluation now only runs in a
  short window after an actual scan, with a trailing debounce.
- The bag-loot tooltip scan no longer runs on every bag change when solo / outside
  a group (it only matters for the loot master).
