Out-of-Zone check is now smarter while in the outside world about ignoring players who are standing nearby but across a subzone boundary
Right-clicking the Out-Of-Zone box while in the outside world now cycles through targetting distant raid members in approximate order of decreasing distance (ie to approximate optimal summoning order).
Fix some "You are not in a raid" messages that might happen immediately after leaving a raid.
