Automatically turns chat bubbles on when entering a raid instance, and off again when you exit.
This addon will automatically turn chat bubbles on when you enter a raid instance, and automatically turn them off again when you leave the raid instance.
This is useful for people who don't like chat bubbles in everyday play, but like them in raid instances for warnings from DBM etc.
