RaidAssignments

RaidAssignments is the in-game companion for the RaidAssignments website, where guilds plan raids, build assignment sheets, run signups and track their roster. The addon reads data from your game client and turns it into text you paste into the site, so nobody has to type it in by hand.

What it does

• Roster export: /ras exports your guild roster for import on the site's Characters page.
• Bags and bank: /ras bank exports this character's bags and open bank. /ras guildbank exports the open guild bank.
• Guild bank character: /ras guildbankonly on makes /ras bank export the guild bank on your bank alt.
• Guild data sync (officers): members who run the addon share gear, talents, professions and recipes, attunements, reputations, installed addons, gold, inventory and raid lockouts with the guild's officers over guild addon messages. Officers export it all with /ras sync.
• Officer tools: /ras config pastes the guild's settings from the site, /ras refresh asks online members to report now, /ras addons shows who is missing tracked addons, and /ras reset Name clears one member's data so it comes in fresh.
• Status: /ras status shows your role, the active settings and which officers are online.

Privacy and data sharing

• Officers pick which data is collected in the guild's settings on the website. Every module is off until an officer turns it on.
• Data travels only over your guild's addon channel, to officers who are online. Officer settings are signed, so the addon ignores settings from anyone else.
• The addon pauses while you are inside a raid instance.
• Nothing leaves your computer on its own. Data reaches the website only when an officer pastes an export or uses the optional RaidAssignments desktop uploader.
