New

• Pictures round. The game shows a 3D model of a raid boss next to the question and players pick who it is. There are 154 bosses from Classic to The War Within. Only the NPC ID is sent, so nothing needs installing.
• Category vote. The vote now offers Easy, Medium, Hard, Dungeons, Raids, Audio, Pictures and Geography. Halloween and Christmas are not included.
• Vote colours on the player board. Each name takes the colour of the category it voted for, with the category name shown.
• Quiz Master from the unit frame. The raid or party leader can right-click a player’s unit frame and choose Make Quiz Master. Delve companions and other NPC followers don’t get the entry.
• Check Players now lists anyone running an older version.
• Picture tools:
  • /quiz pic <npc id> previews a model.
  • /quiz picscan lists any model that fails to load.
  • /quiz picgallery pages through every picture, with the wheel to zoom and click-drag to move.
  • /quiz picexport gives a copy box with the code for your adjustments.

Q button clicks

• Left-click: random question from any category, including pictures and map.
• Shift+Left-click: map question.
• Ctrl+Left-click: audio question.
• Alt+Left-click: picture question.
• Right-click: vote on a category.
• Alt+Right-click: easy, medium, hard, dungeon or raid question.
• Shift+Right-click: host panel.

Changed

• Votes now pick a category, not just a difficulty. The “allowed difficulties” options still apply to Easy, Medium and Hard.
• Shift+Left-click on the Q button no longer posts scores. Use “Post Scores to Group” in the host panel, or /quiz post.

Fixed

• The host panel can now be opened from the Q button when solo.

Notes

• Everyone needs 4.3 for the new votes and picture rounds to appear.
• The unit-frame Quiz Master entry uses the client’s newer menu system, so it may not appear on WoW Forever. The Quiz Master button in the host panel still works there.
• Players on 4.2 or earlier show as “an older version” in Check Players.
