FIXED: Tightened fuzzy name matching to stop false positives. Two unrelated names sharing a couple of letter pairs (e.g. "Ashoftak" being mistaken for "Cashmira") could be treated as the same person. The match threshold was raised so genuine sign-up aliases still resolve (e.g. "Lockuko" finds "Ukopala") while coincidental overlaps are rejected.
