Raid Bingo

First release for WoW Classic Forever. Same raid bingo as the Classic Era addon, updated so it runs on this client.

What's new
- Built for Forever. This is a separate addon (RaidBingoForever). Sounds, icons, and the minimap button load from this addon.
- Minimap button stays visible. Forever hides buttons parented to the minimap, so the button is drawn above it. Raid Bingo is also in the addon compartment.
- Readable cards. Square text uses the game font, wraps inside the cell, and the Bingo and Join buttons are larger.
- Auto-create card items. Fills the list with raid moments (enough lines for the board size you picked) and asks before it replaces what you already typed.

Fixes
- Caller permissions. Guild rank checks work with Forever's guild APIs, including when roster data comes back as a table.
- Caller window. Player lists, paid checkboxes, and the minimap menu no longer depend on UI templates this client does not ship.
- Login timing. Your name and GUID are read once the client actually has them, so comms do not start as "Unknown".
- Callout history. Opening history with no game loaded no longer errors.
- Card sync. A card message with a missing size no longer errors.

Notes
- Everyone in the raid needs this version. /reload after updating.
- This does not replace the Classic Era RaidBingo addon. Install this one on the Forever client.
