Collector's Bounty Event Support

Added support for WoW's Collector's Bounty event which increases mount drop rates by 5% for specific raid and dungeon mounts.
New Features:

    Added visual indicators for all 46 Collector's Bounty mounts
    Special golden colour coding:
        Bright golden (FFE0A0) for collected mounts
        Darker golden (D4AF37) for uncollected mounts
    Clear indication of Timewalking exceptions (9 mounts that don't have increased rates in Timewalking)
    New filter option to show only Collector's Bounty mounts

Mount Info Panel Updates:

    Added Collector's Bounty status in the STATUS & LOCKOUT section
    Clearly shows +5% drop rate bonus
    Indicates which mounts don't have increased rates in Timewalking

Supported Mounts by Expansion:

    Classic (2 mounts)
    The Burning Crusade (4 mounts)
    Wrath of the Lich King (7 mounts)
    Cataclysm (10 mounts)
    Mists of Pandaria (4 mounts)
    Warlords of Draenor (2 mounts)
    Legion (6 mounts)
    Battle for Azeroth (6 mounts)
    Shadowlands (5 mounts)

Usage:

    Use the filter dropdown to show only Collector's Bounty mounts
    Golden text in the mount list indicates Collector's Bounty mounts
    Check the STATUS & LOCKOUT section in the info panel for detailed Collector's Bounty information
    Timewalking exceptions are clearly marked

This update helps you easily track and farm mounts during the Collector's Bounty event, with clear visual indicators for which mounts have increased drop rates and which don't in Timewalking content.
