RageForge v0.9.21

• Restored "25" tick dash. All six threshold ticks (10 / 15 / 25 / 30 / 50 / 75) now draw their 1px dash unconditionally. v0.9.20 hid the dash at TM rage; this version brings it back so the rows read consistent.
• Bar's right feather stays visible at TM Y. TM hint line now stops barEdgeFeatherWidth + 1 pixels (3px default) short of the bar's right edge. The bar's silhouette no longer reads as cut at the TM row.

RageForge v0.9.20

• Removed bar outline. Rolled back the per-slice 1px black outline shipped in v0.9.19 — fought with the warrior palette and looked like a generic UI frame. Schema migration to v14 strips showBarOutline / barOutlineColor from saved variables.
• TM hint line pixel-aligned with threshold ticks. Switched from vertical-center anchoring (LEFT/RIGHT) to opposite-corner anchoring (BOTTOMLEFT + TOPRIGHT). The line's bottom row now sits exactly at the same y as the right-side tick at TM rage — no more 0.5px offset reading as misalignment.
