Rack & Ruin - Tavern RP Card Games

Just a little add on to facilitate tavern RP games.
Command to open the menu is /rr 

Includes:
- Blackjack
- Poker
- Roulette
- Darts
- Lucky 7

The party leader is always the dealer. If you're not in a party, it'll just play solo vs ai. Uses a "chip" system for funsies that resets every time you open a new game mode. 

Disclaimer: 
Rack & Ruin was built purely for immersive roleplay for taverns and bars, etc. It uses fake chips that have 0 value, no purchase option and no connection to gold in any way. If you and your friends decide to use fake chips as a stand in for real gold, that's between you and God. 

Fixed issue where options panel was blank when R&R was enabled. Darts actually make sense, bar goes faster.
