QuietRez 0.1.5-beta

• Add an optional 16px resurrection status icon in the upper-right corner of Blizzard raid and compact party frames. Enabled by default; toggle it in /qrez.
• Mint: your identified resurrection cast. Blue: another identified cast. Gold: an observed successful cast with an expected offer awaiting acceptance. Gray: generic incoming resurrection when the phase/caster is unavailable.
• Expected offers use a 60-second fallback and clear when the player is observed alive. Remote declines and exact remaining acceptance time are not observable.
• Preserve Blizzard's native center icon and frame click behavior. Restricted APIs fall back to the generic incoming status.
• Known other-player casts and completed offers are also skipped by the target selection. The button continues to use normal resurrection only.

All six automated test suites pass. Live raid-frame validation is still pending.
