Added a few watched buffs to the default list.
Added slash commands: /qw clear /qw reset
Whenever you try to reset or clear all the lists, it will give you a password and ask you to write the password. Just to make sure you don't reset your lists by accident.
Clearing the lists will make all buffs watchable, including mounts and flasks. Resetting will make the lists go back to the default (which is not complete)
