Quick Spec Switch

Quickly switch spec via a slash command

Adds a `/spec` command that allows quickly switching spec using prefixes or initials.

e.g. as a Hunter, `/spec bm` or `/spec b` or `/spec beast` will all switch to Beast Mastery.

There is no UI, and are no options.
