• Added a function to manually add players to the allow list
• Changed the saving behaviour of the addon and the allow list:
  • Current status and minimap position of the icon is saved per character
  • Allow list ist saved globally (one list for all chars)
  • Sadly, You have to refill your allow list anew (the old list won't be carried over).
