QuestWordHunter - Spanish Dictionary

Shared words are audited first, because one reading counts for both
dictionaries. Once the shared vocabulary is done that ordering starts to hurt:
atendida appears 42 times in esES alone and sorted behind thousands of shared
words appearing once. prepare_audit.py gained --by-count for that tail, and
1,350 words went through it.

build_wordlist.py now also skips quest rows that were never translated -- the
English text sitting in the Spanish file, sometimes with Spanish boilerplate
appended. Their words were being counted as Spanish, which is why brewfest,
dungeon and target were among the words still owed a review.

Unlike the German, Italian and Portuguese packs, the dictionary here still ships
every word ever curated rather than only what the current corpus holds: the two
Spanish corpora differ by thousands of words, and filtering esES down to its own
corpus would drop 8,794 real Spanish entries that the other locale uses.
