QuestProgressSound

QuestProgressSound enhances your questing experience by providing clear audio and chat feedback whenever quest progress is made or a quest is completed — both for your own quests and those of your group members.

The addon is designed to be lightweight, configurable, and fully compatible with modern Retail clients.

🎵 Sound Support

QuestProgressSound uses LibSharedMedia-3.0, allowing you to:

Select from sounds provided by other addons
Use custom sound files
Preview sounds directly in the configuration menu

Default sounds are included and can be replaced at any time.

📡 Group Communication

Uses the Blizzard AddOn message channel
Automatically selects the correct channel (Party / Raid)
No spam: messages are sent only when actual progress occurs
Own messages are filtered out correctly
