  • docs(options): show inline help for each config option
    Descriptions were hover-only tooltips, so users couldn't tell options
    apart at a glance. Now each Display/Behavior toggle renders its
    explanation as a dimmed subline under the label, each group has a
    one-line intro blurb, and the panel header notes that hovering reveals
    more detail.
