Questie

New Features

• Massively overhauled the Questie settings
  • Many options were combined, split up, and almost every single one was rearranged or cleaned up in some fashion
  • New options: Icon theme, Hide Icons on Continent Map, Show Item/NPC/Object/Quest IDs (for developers), Skip Validation (for developers)
• Implemented Ace Profile support for Questie
  • This will allow you to handle settings per-character, per-class, per-realm, or whatever combination you'd like, and freely switch between profiles at will
• Redesigned the Questie map button
  • This should cause fewer conflicts with other map addons.
• Implemented Debug Offers
  • The Debug Offer system allows Questie to gather information whenever it encounters some data that doesn't make sense, and will present you with the option of sharing that data with the Questie team to fix that data in future versions
  • For now, Debug Offers are only enabled in Season of Discovery and cannot be turned off
  • Debug Offers are currently limited to the following scenarios: Targeting an unknown NPC outside of an instance, looting an unknown quest item, accepting an unknown quest, and tracking an unknown quest
• Season of Discovery support
  • The Debug Offer system will allow Questie to rapidly gather and implement new content from Season of Discovery and future seasons/Classic+.
  • For the launch of SoD, Questie will also show Quest IDs in tooltips and the tracker. This is to help us gather and implement new data. This only applies when playing on a SoD realm and will stop being forced in a later release.
  • Starting with Phase 2 of SoD, Questie will begin showing Rune locations for past content phases. For instance, when Phase 2 releases, Questie will show Runes from Phase 1. When Phase 3 releases, Questie will show Runes from Phase 1+2, etc. Rune visibility is disabled by default, but will be available once Questie has accurate location data.

• Fixed "My Journey" button disappearing on setting change
• Fixed rare Lua error with a disabled Tracker
• Fixed waypoint lines keep showing when disabling the corresponding icons
• Fixed waypoint lines not fading out when focussing a quest

• Missing a string for "A Suitable Disguise"
